Had a chance to play on the track with a racer dude on his KTM 1290 Super Duke in the weekend. He is curious on how the two bikes pull against each other. Much fun were had! My conclusion is that Panigale matches the Duke's low-mid pull, but it keeps pulling past 160-180 kph where the
Ducati Multistrada. Kawasaki H2 SX SE. There are pros and cons of each one. Love all 3 of them. The SDGT appears awesome, and most affordable, but dealer network not as strong. One dealer has a 2016 demo leftover, and another has a 2017 leftover. Ducati MS is the most expensive, and if like the 821, will likely have issues down the road.
With the 1300 R, Brabus moves into the motorcycle space, with its take on the Super Duke EVO. Brabus gave the 1300 R a number of handcrafted components, plus nine-spoke forged wheels. New carbon fiber air intakes and a circular headlight give the Super Duke a new look, though the 1300 R’s front does give us a bit of a Ducati Diavel vibe.
